Different types of heating items have different finishment to form up a final structure. We used ultrasonic welding to most of our items to ensure the safety during washing. And we also have stitching workmanship to meet different pattern of surface, which especially used to heated matress pad series. During the production process, we continuously check the products dimensions, symmetry, and stitching quality to ensure there are no defects. Before completion, we will conduct a final quality check to confirm that all seams are even and free of loose threads, and the product's size and shape will meet the specifications.
